4.1 Deposit Terms
All deposit transactions must be made from the user's own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party or shared accounts are not accepted. No hidden charges apply to deposits, though the mobile banking service provider's own charges may apply.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
To request a withdrawal, the account's KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was made. If the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met, the withdrawal will be automatically placed on hold.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Refunds

Before the wagering requirements are met, the original deposit may remain withdrawable but the bonus balance will not.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to withdraw a bonus through bonus arbitrage, hedging strategies, or automated betting methods will result in the forfeiture of the bonus on the relevant account and the account may be suspended. 5e777 reserves the right to deny or adjust bonus offers.
5.4 VIP and Cashback Bonuses
5e777 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on overall activity and regular use of the platform. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday.
6. Gaming Rules
